I love Thorne products and have always been very happy with their quality. Unfortunately, my issue is with the delivery service. We live in an extremely hot country, and my vitamins were left outside in direct sunlight without the delivery person knocking on the door, calling, or informing me that the package had arrived. Supplements can be sensitive to excessive heat and sunlight, so this is concerning, especially given the temperatures here. I really hope Thorne can address this with their delivery partner and ensure that supplements are not left outside in the heat without notifying the customer.

I am 62 and take 2 vitamins a day per my Dr's instructions. She found that i have the MTHFR deficiency doing a swab test in her office. My body responded really quickly to the vitamin. It has helped me get a lot of water off of my body that i didn't know i was holding. So far 20 pounds of water and that's a lot! I did go through a very short few days where i didn't feel very well but i had read the reviews and instructions and kept taking the vitamins and it past. On the other side of that the energy started to build up. My brain is still 30 but my body isn't 80 any more it's coming down to be of age with energy and ability to accomplish things in a day. I also have a B12 deficiency so i have to take extra B12 because there isn't enough in the vitamin for me but i think because of it I think I'm absorbing it better. I just started my 2nd bottle and have more energy than I've had in 20 years. I never want to run out of this! Highly recommend.

Excellent product for MTHFR genetic disorder

Recently I found out I’m anemic and distant to go on medication so I did my research and found this to have all the things I need.

If you have methylation problems, you need this! Inflammation is way down. Pain is way down. Sleep disturbance is way down. My gut issues are getting better. I had no idea I could feel this good. I’m sold on this product!

I starting taking this after getting some (SpectraCell) testing done that said I was deficient in the various B vitamins and I had the MTHFR genetic defect that prevents methylation. I felt like crap for the last decade and my usual doctors weren't of any help. I eat very healthy and eat very well too as I thought that would make me better. I won't go into details but I always knew something was wrong and nothing else worked. Anyway, so i read about methyl folate and methylation, MTHFR etc. and I get this to start to "fix"it. Immediately I felt FAR worse than I ever did before. Headaches, brain fog, extreme fatigue. So I stopped taking it and I go back to the sites and learn this is normal reaction. So then I read you should boost your other B vitamins first without the methyl folate or b12 and then add this back in. So I did with a product called B Minus for about 2 months then I added this product back in. Now 2 months in to taking this I feel like I'm finally waking up and getting more energy and I feel fantastic. No side effects. And a lot of my old symptoms are gone or fading away. I held off writing a review b/c I've been so disappointed after taking so many supplements over the years but this one seems to be actually working. It can take 6 -12 months to see full results and get your levels back to where they should be so I can't imagine how I'll feel by then. I'm going to retest through Spectracell in 6 months and see where my levels are at. If you're not familiar with Spectracell, look into it. Most regular doctors won't have it and it's not covered under insurance. I actually went to a nutritionist to get it done. It's the best decision I've ever made for my health. I'm just sad that it took me so long to find the answers. Good luck to you.
