Does this product help when you get water in your ear from swimming in the ocean or a pool? Thanks.

I'm really prone to getting infections in my ear canals when I get water in my ears. I warm the drops a little, put them in one ear, lay on my side and let it drip deep into my ear canal and then switch and do the other side. It really helps a lot! TIP: When I know I'm going to be going swimming I use the drops before the activity (not right before, but enough time that it can soak in for a while) and I have fewer ear infections overall.

Does it do anything for tinnitus?

I don’t know but I use it daily to help with vertigo and general ear pain. Also I use these drops on my toes whenever the toenail fungus acts up. I called the company and they said you can actually use it on any part of your body. One thing I would say though to answer your question directly for tinnitus is please check out  Anthony William’s book called Medical Medium.

Does it have a bad smell?

I have never noticed a bad smell.  I use it for my Pug when she gets ear infections.  I used to have her to the vet several times a year for ear infections but now I treat it with this and haven't taken her to the vet for ear infections in probably 8 or 9 years...maybe more...she is 18 years old.

Do these help for clicking in your ears?  Sometimes I think a cricket crawled into my ear.

This product most likely will not work for the cricket sound in your ears.  It sounds like you may have tinnitus or meniere's disease.  My husband often tells me he often hears crickets and this is related to his tinnitus.  An Ear Nose and Throat doc referred to as an ENT-otolaryngologist can diagnoise the condition.  My husband was diagnosed.  Hearing aids can help if the sound is related to hearing loss.  An ENT would be able to determine if tinnitus is the cause and if your case can be helped.  I purchased the Nutribiotic drops when my mother had an ear yeast infection.  They helped relieve the itch but her case was so severe she needed stronger prescription medications to eliminate the yeast in both her ears.
