Excellent product!
I use this between every 2-3 washes, and it does it's job incredibly well. Not a big fan of the smell, but definitely smells clean. Would recommend!

Because it's not concentrate, I thought it wouldn't work well, but I'm using same amount I use of the concentrate one, and it's giving the same nice scent and softness to my clothes

Very bad smell.
It was very bad smell. Our laundry smells like it was not rinse properly. I was so disappointed coz this is the first scent that downy launched before but doesnt smells like that.
