I experienced issues with a small dolly-type, home-constructed solar backup system when some of the batteries would not charge as expected. Fortunately, the manufacturer replaced them under warranty, but I began researching what might have caused the issue and found that batteries in a series configuration can get out of balance and cause the charging to become uneven and ineffective, which can damage the batteries over time. The answer is to put a balancer on each string, and let that balance the batteries with each charge. Since adding two of these to my 2S/2P setup, not only have the batteries remained strong, but the charge is lasting much longer. I believe this to be the result of the batteries charging fully because they are remaining at the same state of charge with one another, and string to string. I am very happy with the result. Victron has proven to be top-quality equipment with every purchase, and is the only equipment I use if I have the choice.

Ho installato questo regolatore per una stazione di telecontrollo in montagna, collegato a 2 pannelli solari da 100W in configurazione a 24V. In un contesto isolato serviva un prodotto affidabile, e il Victron non ha deluso. Prestazioni reali: L’MPPT lavora in maniera molto efficiente anche con luce variabile e condizioni ambientali non ideali (nuvole, sole basso, parziali ombreggiamenti). La gestione della carica è sempre stabile e sicura. In combinazione con il Victron Energy BBA000100100 Balancer Batteria, il sistema mantiene le batterie perfettamente equilibrate, riducendo rischi di sbilanciamento tipici negli impianti a 24V. Punti di forza: Bluetooth integrato: con l’app VictronConnect monitoro tensione, corrente, stato della carica e log storici direttamente dal telefono. Per un impianto remoto è una comodità enorme. Affidabilità Victron: costruzione solida, firmware aggiornabile e funzionamento impeccabile anche in condizioni ambientali difficili. Compatibilità: perfetto con sistemi a 12V e 24V, adattamento automatico e ottima resa con pannelli di piccola e media taglia. Integrazione col Balancer: abbinandolo al bilanciatore batterie si ottiene un sistema davvero completo, stabile e duraturo. Cosa mi è piaciuto di più: Efficienza superiore rispetto ai PWM, resa costante anche in giornate non perfette App chiara, grafici utili e monitoraggio remoto affidabile In combo con il Battery Balancer, le batterie restano sempre equilibrate Dimensioni compatte e installazione semplice Cosa migliorerei: Prezzo sopra la media, ma giustificato da qualità e affidabilità Nessun display fisico (l’app compensa, ma per impianti remoti potrebbe servire un accessorio dedicato) Verdetto: Un regolatore MPPT che offre sicurezza e prestazioni professionali. Con 200W a 24V e il supporto del Victron Battery Balancer, l’impianto lavora in maniera ottimale e senza sorprese. Per chi cerca affidabilità in ambienti remoti e difficili, è una scelta che vale ogni euro speso.
