Nature's Plus (1000mg, 90 Tablets, 64952)

I am not one to easily support pills for anything because of the placebo effect. But this one solved a major hemorrhoid issue that couldn't go away. I tried everything else. The problem came from too much sitting and not enough stretching the core area. This item will get the blood flowing again and heal it. Good to have around if you are having to sit a lot. One a day will maintain. But you are dealing with an issue, three times a day for a week will knock it out.

I have used Biorutin by Natures Plus for years. It has definitely helped my bruised (aging) skin. It must be taken (2 per meal, 3 meals a day…. Or 6 pills a day total). It takes a lot, but it definitely works for delicate aging skin that bruises at the drop of a hat. I’ve seen it clear up purple arms, but it will take several weeks to do the job. I take it consistently, and my arms stay clear from bruising.

I have heard great things about biorutin helping hair grow back in. Did it begin to help? Yes. But I must have an allergy to it because I began to notice I was itching quite a bit and when I stopped taking it, so did the itching.,

Haven’t taken them enough to tell any difference but seems to be ok and they don’t make me sick. I read about biorutin in full detail so I don’t think it could be a bad thing to take.
