No, these tips are designed to be used in a cutting machine. If you would like to hand design, you would want the Freestyle pens.

Has anyone tried this on vinyl such as the orcal 651 or 631?

If you are putting the foil on the vinyl, yes. I've done it.

Can these be used on ios, ipad pro? no laptop, right now...
