I don’t know if this is a sugar pill or what but I believe in it, so it works! As a dancer, I need to be hydrated but not actually have all that liquid in my system as I can’t take bathroom breaks whenever I want. This has helped my performance tremendously. I feel hydrated and more energized drinking it. It does have a strong flavor so I recommend either diluting it in a large bottle of water or using half of the product in a regular bottle of water. I love that’s it’s water on a mission as well! I’m thankful that bloggers promote this or I wouldn’t have found it! I’ll definitely continue using for physically strenuous days.

I was heading for my first colonoscopy, and worried about dehydration during the prep, so I bought an 8 pack to help me through it. I got the lemon lime flavor, and I have to say I was impressed. It was slightly sweeter than I would have liked, but adding plain seltzer, or just regular water to it would eliminate that issue. After each of the 2 bottles of disgusting bowel prep solution, I drank 2 16oz bottles of water with the Liquid I.V. I found it very helpful. I don't usually like drinking plain water, and because of that I know I don't hydrate enough, generally. I could see myself drinking this on a regular basis.

Liquid IV is the best oral rehydration packet I've found, and I've tried pretty much all of them on the market. My previous favorite was the Banana Bag oral solution, but I like liquid IV better because it's cheaper and has a much lighter taste. I would NOT recommend putting your liquid IV in yellow gatorade like you do for the Banana Bag. I tried it once and I could barely finish the bottle -- it's too sweet and concentrated and to be honest I threw it back up a few minutes later. My fiancee and I both have forms of dysautonomia (I have IST and she has hypoadrenergic POTS) and these are seriously lifesavers. We haven't had a trip to the ER for rehydration in over 6 months!

Like I mentioned above. I was hoping this would really surprise me however it didn’t then again I wasn’t really sure what to expect. I was hoping to have similar results as an IV but as I expected it didn’t. Product is good, my expectations were set to high. I will be putting these in my golf bag going forward. Heck I’m going to go get one now

I searched for different products, including Pedialyte, Pedialyte AdvancedCare, and other powders. I found this product to be superior for the electrolytes, potassium, and vitamins ingredients when I compared them side by side. Most importantly, we had figured out that my mother was dehydrated and this helped her tremendously after a couple of glasses, spaced out during the day. We now give her one glass a day to be sure she is getting everything she needs in the way of hydration. She was complaining of being dizzy and having stiff legs. Both signs of dehydration. It helped more than the pedialyte and is cheaper. No wonder why they call it Liquid IV. Kudos to the team that made this!
