Yes, as long as your fuel pressure is lower than 10 PSI. If your fuel pressure is higher then you should get a gauge with the appropriate pressure range for your application (i.e. 0-30, 0-60 or 0-100 PSI).

will this work on a 70s chevy 350 does it help with the idle thanks

it only helps with fuel pressures. good to have you will no the pressure is going into carb. Idle adjustments is on the carb throttle bodied. if it's a holley carb.
