Ottimo prodotto di ricambio (originale) fornito direttamente da kitchenaid.Ho dovuto comprarla in quanto la mia (in dotazione con il mixer) si era completamente storta dopo aver pastorizzato gli albumi (in questo passaggio lo sciroppo di zucchero, solidificandosi, ha fatto perno sulla frusta cambiandone la forma e "viziandola"). La frusta dunque sbatteva sulle pareti della ciotola e ho dovuto comprarne una nuova.Tutto ciò per avvisarvi sul prestare attenzione quando si lavora con composti che potrebbero solidificarsi mentre il mixer è in funzione e che potrebbero danneggiare gli accessori o il mixer stesso.

二十年ぐらい前に本体を購入し2回ほど買い替えてまた妻から壊れたと探してみましたらまだこのアタッチメントがあって驚きました。本体はとても頑丈で、結構妻がお菓子作りで使いますのでとても助かりました。
