i was a little scared at putting this on my door but i was able to do it and it works perfect.

Product installed easily and works well. Not as substantial as what it replaced so no idea of longevity. For the price seems to be a good deal.

The panic hardware that was purchased was broken and does not work. The cylinderial handle part of the hardware will not work. Is there a way to rerturn this package and get it replaced. Please advise.
