Again most recently I was reading an article of Ms. Ann Louise Gittleman's (Highly regarded 'Health' author/Nutritionist of many books; most recently-"Radical Metabolism") on her recommendations for quick summer slimming down. Since I was already on Naturewise's Raspberry Ketones I decided to 'step up my game' and add on Ms. Gittleman's recommendation of CLA. I have been on both for approximately 3-4 weeks and have seen excellent results! So far I have lost 9 lbs. and only have a few more to go! In addition to taking these 2 amazing products of Raspberry ketones (2 in the am 1 hour before meals) and Elite Cla 1300 (2-3 with each meal), I also begin my morning with drinking 16 ozs. of lemon water with apple cider vinegar and ginger! I then take 2 Raspberry Ketones, Tyrosine 500 mg., Vitamin B Complex, and occ. L-Glutamine. I then walk 3-4 miles. After this I usually eat 2 boiled eggs and 1 sliced avocado. My first meal comes after a 12 hour fasting and i have now trained myself for over a year now and I am not that hungry until the last 30 minutes! I also do weight bearing exercises and yoga and muscle and strength training classes twice per week. I also eat largely a Organic, Whole Foods Plant Based Diet (Even more convinced after graduating from the renowned "T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition at Cornell" in March, 2019) and am a Pescatarian (Wild Caught Salmon only) and part Vegan. I am also gluten-free, soy-free, sugar-free and dairy-free! That is a lot of "FREE's" but guarantee you, you will feel better and do better especially if you have food sensitivities or concerns as I do! These 2 products have supported my commitment to my weight loss goals along with losing a couple of inches! These 2 products are the "icing on the cake". NOT The Cake. I have been using NatureWise elite 95% CLA 1300 mg since 7/11/18. It arrived quickly and in great condition! Since I had never taken this supplement before, I decided to ease into consuming the recommended dose. I began by taking one pill with each meal, then two, and ultimately three. To prevent any side effects, I find it best to take the pills during meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and drink lots of water throughout the day. The major side effect I’ve experienced is profusely sweating during workouts and any activity where I am doing a lot of movement (cleaning, walking, dancing). I don’t mind it because more sweat for me = more fat burning! I have also experienced occasional nausea and frequent BMs a few times. I haven’t lost any weight yet, but I believe I have lost a few inches arounh my mid section. I am going to continue taking the CLA supplant in hopes to achieving my ultimate results!

I almost finished the entire bottle!! I do minimal exercise and try a low carb diet and cut sugar as often as I can but I am not religious about anything. My only good diet habit is that I don’t eat past 6-8 pm. I have had a total thyroidectomy and I am hypothyroid which I am trying to correct with prescription cytomel as well so losing weight is really difficult. I also just had a baby and gained about 40-50 lbs. I started out taking one pill a day and then two then three. It makes you go to the bathroom regularly which is a wonderful, wonderful thing! Its one of the best things your body can do especially if you’re trying to lose weight. I learned to just take the pill after work in the beginning lol. The first day I felt it right away, my entire body got warm so I knew something was happening. My advise is to definitely take after a meal bc it physically hurts your stomach if you don’t. I have no idea how this pill works but it does! I’m 5’4 and went from size 16 to size 14 and I’m starting to fit into a size 12. I slowed down a lot taking the pill b/c I hate taking a lot of pills but I’ll pop like two after a meal now and then when I remember mainly after breakfast and dinner. I am giving this pill a break for now so I don’t burn out and switching over to Garnica Cambodia for the next bottle! Considering that I probably have one of the worse metabolisms in the world without a thyroid and still lost weight, this stuff is potentially a holy grail for those with a normal metabolism. I highly recommend.

I started taking CLA on April 10th. By April 24th, I went from 87.80 kg to 83.20 kg. The capsules are easy to take and work well with my healthy diet and daily 30-minute walks. I feel lighter, more energetic, and really happy with the progress. CLA has been a great boost on my weight loss journey.

I do not want to say the product may not work. But, if you are looking to lose weight quickly with regular exercise, and a clean diet this product can be used but it is for a long term results. However, I try to give honest and real reviews to help other buyers because sometimes the reviews seem to alter or completely not honest to me. (My opinion) I dislike to buy a product that does not live up to what is advertised which is inconvenient. For faster, weight loss result, I prefer daily high intense cardio, full body detox, cool sculpting, and use the sauna. No sugar, carbs, alcohol, or dairy products. Eat fruits and vegetables with a lot of water. What I found online: Research shows that (CLA) conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), which is a natural fatty acid found in meat and dairy products. Has shown it is effective for fat loss in animals, but the evidence in humans is less promising. Research in humans shows that CLA has only a modest weight loss benefit which this translates to less than half a pound per month. Please do not let these companies hustle you out of your money but use it at your own risk. I hope my review helps.
