I’m 5”5 and 134 lbs. My waist size is 32 and my hip size is 46. Would this work for me?

No it won't stretch. My hip size is 44 and I could not get it on at all over my rump and hips. I put it on over my head and the built in slip will not pull down over my hips. I'm disappointed since it advertises a stretchy waist up to 44", but considering just slitting the slip or removing it completely because I plan to wear it with opaque tights anyways. The rest of the petticoat is nice.

For cosplay go with puffy tutu it will look much better.

Im about 5'1 would this go past the knee?

My daughter is 4'3 and it goes down to abput and inch past her knee the dresses she wears it with go down to mid calf with it on.
