Does this have a silver or a black face. I want to make sure before I order.

Careful , I received a wrong model. I ordered BAII plus professional calculator BLACK model. I received SILVER face model .....

Does come with a protective cover?

Mine did not come with a cover.

I am confused, the listing says black but a customer said he got silver. Which is which?

The insides are the same the black version has a slightly large screen and the button feel of black model as well. But you will have same functions in both models.

Does anyone know how to replace the battery?

Access is on the back/top. A pain to remove, but should be able to pop it out with a small screwdriver.
