The medicine is in a beautiful packaging box, which contains all the information about the medicine. Medication 100 ml in a dark glass vial with a glass inner pipette for easy dispensing. A dark coloured medicine with the natural bitterness of medicinal Islamic moss. I decided to try the medicine in liquid form, before that I drank Islamic moss in the form of tea. It is much more convenient and easier to use this medicine in liquid form. It cures inflammation of the upper respiratory tract well.

You mix 40 drops (2ml) with water, I put it in half a glass of water. Neither I nor my husband could smell anything and it had a very delicate sweet taste, but nothing much at all, so it's very easy to take. I've boiled Irish Moss before and eaten it as a jelly but it is such a faff, this tincture is so much easier to take and from what I can tell it has the same benefits as Irish Moss. I had a bad cold a year ago, after having pneumonia 5 years prior, and it has left me with shortness of breath and hay fever, neither of which I suffered from before. The Irish Moss did me good when I had my pneumonia so I thought I'd give this one a try since I couldn't face the faff of making the Irish Moss again. This is so much more convenient to take. I'll update in a month or so with how I got on with it. Update 29.3.21: I do feel like this helped to clear my passages. I use a Neti Pot every day and I found that it was going through more smoothly, so I am breathing more easily but I'm still sneezing a bit. I finished the bottle a week or so ago and I don't feel any deterioration since stopping taking it, so I think the effects are somewhat semi-permanent at least; I'll probably need more next time I have a cold, though.

I’m so happy to have found out that you can get Iceland Moss in liquid form, it really is so much easier to use. I have bronchiectasis and often have an irritated tickly throat, probably from coughing all the time. I have drunk it in tea form since 2018 as it helps my lungs and throat, in tincture form I can have a measured amount without the fuss. I also find it works quicker. It is in an amber glass bottle with pipette. Iceland Moss really does help with respiratory conditions, give it a try, it does help. Fantastic price.

Le lichen d'Islande possède tout un tas de vertus, comme il fluidifie il il permet d'évacuer plus facilement les glaires et soulage les affections respiratoires , bronchites chroniques, pharyngites, angines, la toux même celle de la coqueluche. Au niveau digestif, il stimule l'appétit et facilite la digestion et permet de traiter les douleurs gastriques. Je l’utilise aussi contre le mal de mer car il supprime les nausées. J’aime beaucoup ce produit dont les composants sont naturels et comportent de la glycérine de l’eau et le lichen d’Islande, c’est tout et c’est parfait ainsi ! Je prends lorsque c’est nécessaire 40 gouttes, dans un verre d’eau, 3 fois/jour en cure d’attaque puis je réduis à 2 fois quand mon état s’améliore pour finir par une seule prise le matin jusqu’à arrêt total. Pour les enfants, il est recommandé 20 gouttes à chaque prise.
