Will this product work on the battery contacts in my nikon speedlight sb-700? i accidentally left the batteries in it and one leaked.

I doubt it would help by itself. I would be more inclined to remove corroded metal on the battery contacts with a metal file or sand paper.

I see this is marked 100% whereas the sprays are around 5%. Is this a concentrate? Should it be diluted in 99% isopropyl?

No don’t dilute u use the rubbing alcohol to clean the rails of the faded then use this to line it also u want to live ur faders before use just one drop
