How easy is this to disassemble/reassemble and travel with? I'd like to take it to coffee shops, etc

Super easy to assemble, get apart, and re-assemble. They are all separate pieces when un-assembled, so it may be bulky or awkward to travel with.

How much weight does this support?

Don't really know. We put the laptop on it and maybe the newspaper along with the magnifier my father uses to read. Seems to be pretty sturdy.
