CRC Pontoon Cleaner - MK3532

This stuff is fantastic, works just as advertised, brush on and hose off!

Left my boat in the marina a little too long and when I pulled her on to the trailer; what a mess! My poor Hull was green and covered in tiny barnacles! Pressure washer, industrial cleaners-No dice. Bought this stuff; it’s amazing. The green and yellow stains just go away. Baby barnacles? Rubbed them with a blue Scotch-Brite pad after applying On and Off and the cake right off! You’re not supposed to use it I’m metal but I tried it on the rust stains on my stainless steel trim tabs and they cleaned right up! I made sure that my aluminum trailer was well protected with a plastic sheet. It does burn a bit if it gets on your bare skin (need longer gloves) but wash it off and it’s no big deal. I just don’t know how it clean under the bunks. Looks like I’ll be running two green stripes on my hull!

Had yellowing on my 2000 dual console. Applied this to a small patch on the transom to see how it works and you could immediately see it working with the brush strokes. Applied to the entire transom and within minutes the thing looked brand new! Will use on the rest of the haul when I get some more time. Excellent product!!!

When I first started using ON&OFF, I was amazed it worked as advertised. I recommended it to many fellow boaters who showed their gratitude with bottles of liquor for saving them hours of scrubbing. I usually bought it by the gallon so I would be sure to have plenty. This year,I could not find the gallon size plus the cost went sky high so I thought I would try the gel. One quart will do a 18ft boat but buy 2 so you don't come up short. It smells much better and didn't seem to burn when splashed on skin like the original formula. Long gloves however are a must. I purchase a sponge mop at the dollar store to apply this. It sticks well to the hull and doesn't run off like the original product. It works well but I do think the original product is bit more powerful. If you have really bad stains, go with the original formula. Otherwise, this is still fantastic and the only product that actually works. BTW...ON&OFF folks, it would be O.K. not to raise the price every year.

This product is very powerful and will remove anything down to the gel coat. Within minutes, everything is broken down (to be safe, I use a painting brush to brush the product into the grime). Once it has worked, you rinse off with water. Caution must be used as it cannot come into prolonged contact with paint (you will need to tarp off any exposed parts of your trailer). It will also cause a burning sensation on any exposed skin. So in summary, this will save hours of hard scrubbing. Just use caution when use. (Final note: Do not buy this in advance of use. The shelf life does not seem that long and the chemicals seem to quickly weaken over time. I believe this might explain why some other reviewers said that this did not work. I purchased a bottle in spring and by fall it was nearly worthless.)

I bought this thinking it would clean the back and underneath of a white boat. I put it on the back of the boat because I didn’t want to get on my new boat trailer. It did not work as I expected. I thought it would clean the boat and turn it white and it did not.

Had a utility sink caked on with sediment. Actually consisdered replacing the sink. A friend told me about this. So lathered and spread it on my sink (with a squeegee not my hands!) and 20 minutes later all, I mean all the sediment was gone. The sink was not porcelain, it was one of the cheap plastic ones. ANd it looks brand new now.

I have a Small ski boat and did not get the hull cleaned last year. The lake ick on the bottom was like a thin layer of dried cement. Tried toilet bowl cleaner and deck cleaner with no luck. I tried Starbrite Hull Cleaner and A power washer with no luck. Saw this mentioned on a boat blog and tried it. Wow. Wiped it on with a sponge and brush, let it sit for 10 or 15 minutes and what little was still on the boat rinsed off with a hose. There were some spots that needed a second application and a couple needed a little scrubbing. But after 2 hours, the hull was clean and white again. Wish I had tried this first.

The stuff works great, took off mineral stain that I was sure was never coming off. Made my boat look new again
