Got this for my husband... the taste is kind of nasty he says but the results are well worth getting past that!!! His workouts are longer and harder... his recovery faster... will update after longer use!

Definitely works well in the gym

It works good, but it has a weird flavor to it. It's not horrible by any means. I bought the watermelon flavor. The others may be a bit better with the ingredients flavors. Better get you some and try it out!
