Depends on the size and view. Like View A ranges from 4 1/4 to 4 3/4 yards for 44" wide material.

How much fabric does D take to sew?

The amount of fabric for style D will run from 2 1/8 to 2 3/8 using 45" fabric. Using 60" fabric will run 1 1/8 to 2 yards.

What are the hip measurements for the xxl?

Hip measured 9” below waist is listed as 50 inches for XXL. This is the body measurement not the finished width of the garment. They don’t provide the finished garment width at the hip.
