Why does this candle cost $75?

🤔 thought same thing I reread the description five times thinking maybe I was missing somewhere when it was for like a case of 48pcs or something then I came across this question and answer so now that leaves me wondering what exactly is the difference between a high-end wax and glass jar and scent and low end apparently here I've been looking like a cheep person in life giving people low-end wax candles for gifts knowander why I never get invited back to parties.

After reading the reviews, i wonder if these diptyque rose candles are knock-offs. are they?

Mine arrived in the correct box, wrapping, etc. I've purchased many times from Diptyque directly in SF and NY. The candle was the same.
