Comfortable to use
Great mouse! I was using it for a long time; however, now, I lost the wireless receiver (the usd stick) and I am sad as the mouse is useless. Is there anything I can do? Can the seller provide me with a replacement?

For the price, don't expect much
- It did help for wrist pain/numbness, which is to be expected from a vertical mouse.. - I liked the buttons, easy to press, quiet, firmly staying in place - Design looks nice however finish is questionable. It has this soft rubber like finish which shows finger prints as soon as possible - I'm used to claw grip and I have slightly big hands, the extended back for hand rest is ineffective to me - A normal mouse optic placed underneath your fingers, this one is underneath your palm, so when you make wrist turns the cursor travels shorter and little bit weirdly so you may have to adjust yourself for new movements. It's not too hard to get used to though - The biggest let down is the optic even if it's cheap it is annoyingly bad, seriously bad, it keeps going further or shorter, even selecting text is difficult, definitely not okay for designing or gaming

Not worth it
Not worth the money after one week start lagging, every time i need to unplug the usb and re plug it to stop lagging, not worth one dollar

Slippery for Small Hands
Not designed for small hands like me. Slippery grip down from the base to extending your index finger and middle finger to reach for the clicker. I am planning to return it not sure if the seller would accept the return.

Item doesn’t work and is not under warranty
The invoice was never sent! The product stopped working after 2 months, baring in mind that I used it for literally 4 times only, I cant find the warranty and the item scratches easily from just touching it or using it normally

This mouse adjusts how you hold a mouse and takes the pain from your wrists. The quality of the build, the customer support and he price make this a great mouse

I love everything about it, the ergo angle, the silent clicking, the price. Except. The only thing I wish i knew before getting it is: it won't help. I've been using it for a week and i find myself constantly fatigued, and pained in the fingers and wrist. Even my pinky feels numb. The issue isn't the angle of the mouse, but the clicking. It's in the clicking. And then in the scrolling. And finally in the wrist mouvement. I feel like there's no way to get around it regardless of mouse design, short of using a pen tablet like a Wacom. I've been using those for years before trying this moue and never had an issue. I could go for hours on end and never feel pain or tired. Their advantage lies in the fact that clicking isn't imposed on the index finger but the whole hand, since you tap the tip of the pen as left click, and ever so lightly. You then use your thumb to do things like middle and right click. The pain is rendered non-existent. The tradeoff is the size of the tablet on your desk, the low(er) portability and the lack of scroll-wheel. But are they enough to justify mouse-related health pains? Again, this mouse in itself is wonderful. But you really need to assess if it actually solves your problems.

I have been using this mouse for an year and I must say that it wasnt that intuitive with windows 11. It drains battery and for working professional, a AA battery would hardly last for 20 days. It had connection issues with my laptop and to resolve it, I had to pull out the bluetooth adapter at times or even remove the device and re-add it again. Now the mouse is down and not working and I dont know where to complain. My only option is to write an email to [email protected] and am not sure how they would serve existing customers.

Simples assim.
