can these pouches withstand a hard freeze or will they burst?

I had a few that had expired before I drank them. I wrapped each one in a plastic baggie & put them in my freezer for emergency aches, pains, headaches, sprains, & to carry in my insulated pouch when I go walking out in hot weather to put to my face & neck. Good to grab for hot flashes too. They haven't burst or leaked out into the zipped plastic sandwich bag. When they get warm and melted, I put them back in the freezer. Perfect handy size that doesn't take up to much room. I slide them into the side door of the freezer for easy go to grabbing. No need to search through the food in an emergency.

Is the packaging BPA free?

The pouches are made from aluminum, not plastic, so BPA is not an issue

What is the expiration date of the Datrex Emergency Survival Water you are currently selling?

I got a box a couple months ago. It expires 8/2018. We have already had a water emergency and this product was most helpful. I will be getting more!

can these withstand the heat if they stay in the car during peak summer time months?

I just found (and removed) 20 year old Datrex water bags from my trunk. California summers with the car parked in the sun. These bags are yellowed, but are otherwise in good shape. I would still drink from them in an emergency.
