Nice hold but too harsh on hair, leaves flakes and hard to take off when wasjing hair. It does smell great though and lightens hair color but not recommended for kids. I think is perfect for adults for special hair do but will not use daily

However, I recently found something better called Edge Fixer, which I prefer now. You can find it at Sally Beauty or Amazon. I recommend the strawberry or peach scents if you like something sweet. They also don’t leave any white residue, and the fragrance is really nice.

Container arrived damaged and broken. The gel leaked everywhere. Besides that, it holds okay. I use it for my 18 month old daughters hair. It doesn't smell bad in my opinion. However, throughout the day after the gel "wears" out, her hair is a little stiff.
