I originally used a C8/C10 blend and didn’t notice much difference, even when I stopped using it. After switching to C8-only MCT oil, it became part of my morning routine—I add it to my coffee every day. This MCT oil taste different than the other ones I’ve tried. I prefer it. I have purchased several times whenever I see it on sale on the health food store as well.

High quality stuff. C8 is pure and gives a great mental boost with coffee. Iv tried blends of c10 and c8. If I would buy again I would save me some cash and get the off brand blend. This is expensive
