How many styfoam plates it holds?

i was able to get 10 plates in it, you can put 12 and it will hold but if the food is heavy the bottom plates might crush

Are these bags leakproof?

I just took a close look at the bags and I would say they are highly leak resistant. They have tight seems but not 100% sealed. I would say It would contain leaked fluid long enough for you to return to drain and clean the bags. Nylon interior canvas material exterior.
