Is this a wand that's interactive at Universal Studios?

Hello, It’s not an interactive wand. For some reason Universal Studios does not sell this characters wand in the parks. I initially saw this wand at the Warner Brothers Studio Store on the studio lot but found a better price on Amazon as it’s exactly the same one I had seen in person. It’s a very nice quality wand, just not interactive
