What are the ingredients? "Highest quality" and "including seaweed extract..." are not actually an ingredients list. Is it just Sodium polyacrylate?

Purified water,glycerin, disodium EDTA, gluconolactone, laminaria japonica, (seaweed) extract,PEG 115M, sodium benzoate, sodium hydroxide, trehalose, virus vinifera (grape) seed extract. As listed on the bottle!

Is peg 115 safe? i am finding conflicting information and most stating that its potentially problematic.

Every thing I found on the subject was about peg in general this peg115m is classed in the 1.2 categories and isn't on the bad watch list at this time and doesn't have enough research for them to worry at this time Most of the pegs are used in makeup products that's where the scare seems to be fromI use it and love it I hope this helps !!!

Why did price jump over $10 a bottle in last 2 weeks?

usually its a increase from the manufactuer, which has the trickle down effect. i would contact the seller and ask them about this.

Its already thick, add very little water to make it super slick. 8:1 ratio. I'd think warm water is best.
