(Pack of 4) Lock & Lock Airtight Rectangular Food Storage Container 6 oz / 0.7-cup

I grind my own coffee beans in small batches and needed something that I could store roughly 5 cups worth of ground coffee that would keep it fresh for two or three days and be easy to access. I had a small round container that came with my old French press but it was a challenge to get the coffee out and measured without getting it all over the countertop and wasting a good bit. This little box fills the bill nicely and they are great for storing other things too. They are very easy to open and close, and airtight when closed. I measure my water, coffee and the sugar I add to go in the French press and I also use my electric pot to control the temp of the water. My biggest problem was measuring the ground coffee so when I was shopping I considered the shape of my measuring spoons. This box shape is absolutely perfect to use with the rectangular side of my spoon. No mess, no wasted coffee. A perfect cup of coffee every single time. The second photo is my tool set, the only thing missing is my bag of Mellow Belly coffee. Thank you AMAZON, I never could have put all of this together without you.

While I do love these containers, and this is the second time, I’ve purchased them along with others in different sizes, I took one star off because each container has four stick-on labels. In my opinion, that’s overkill! Fortunately, they’re very easy to remove. Just peel them off! These really are air tight, they don’t leak plus they keep foods fresh! I’m hooked!

I usually don’t write reviews but I had to on this product. I purchased these to put two hard boiled eggs in….it works perfectly!!! I am a crafter as well and these little dude’s would be great for small craft projects. Paper crafts-jewelry making-sewing bobbins-knitting notions. Highly recommend!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Containers were a lot smaller than expected.

I first bought these when making my son's baby food and sending it to day care. While I would've love to use glass, his center didn't allow it. So I went with these after a lot of research. Four years later and I'm still using the ones I bought back then. This batch I bought for my mom who had hand surgery on her dominant hand and was struggling to use any type of tupperware/plastic container. You can open these WITH ONE HAND! Perfect solution for her. Even if she dropped a lock & lock it wouldn't spill! So she used them for food but also her vitamins and her medication (she lives alone and didn't need to deal with the childproof caps!). They're machine washable, leak proof (so far!), can be used in the fridge/freezer and I think microwave (although I don't do that). You'll love them.

These are difficult to find at stores which is a shame because they are the best containers on the market.
