Farbe löst sich nach intensivem Benuten ab und der Schutz der Hände geht nach der Zeit immer weiter weg und wird weicher wodurch die Arme schon anch geringer Trainingszeit weg tun also immer Bandagen darunter anziehen.

unless you have tiny hands, get the large/xl. These things run tiiight, but i have put em through a lot of fights with various people wearing them and they held up and are still good, but be warned... 5oz is not a lot, unless you wanna mess someone up, get a thiiiiick face mask/ helmet to go with these to fight. unless you just body box and clinch/ wrestle. but apart from that, these things are wonderful!
