I have had a home gym for many years, and it took me a long time to utilize all of the equipment that was included with it. However now as an intermediate lifter, I needed more. My gym did not have any parts for working out the back. And the exercise that I wanted to do was rows. My home gym comes with a bottom pulley which is used for leg extensions and also bicep curls. And I thought to myself, what if I could get an attachment that connects to that pulley so I can sit down and do rows with it? That's exactly what I did I went on Amazon and searched for row attachment for home gym and once I did that, this amazing piece of kit from this company came up and the price was amazing and the quality seemed fantastic. I ordered it and the package came to my doorstep the next day and safe to say this is an incredible attachment for the price. Simply connect it to any pulley in your home gym and it could be used for a variety of things. You could do close-grip pull-downs. You could do rows. You could do kettlebell squats. You could do an endless amount of exercises with this one piece of attachment. Overall, the quality was great, very strong, and durable with a portable and functionable design. It had a knurled grip which made it easy to hold onto it and not slip during exercise if you're sweating. Overall, I would highly recommend this attachment for everyone and I would highly recommend you purchase it if you're looking for accessories to add to your home gym.

I've been using this D-handle about twice a week since April 2026 for cable rows and pulldowns, and it's been an excellent addition to my home gym.The grip has good traction and feels very secure during exercise. I particularly like the neutral hand position, which allows my wrists to remain in a natural position without creating unnecessary stress on the grip or wrists. That may seem like a small difference, but I've found that the choice of cable attachment can noticeably affect the grip, motion, and overall feel of an exercise.I've used it with over 100 lbs without any problems. The handle remains very stable and consistent under load, with no unwanted movement or sticking. I attach it to my Smith machine using a steel closed-loop latch, and the connection has been secure.After approximately four months of use, the handle still looks and performs essentially like new. The construction feels solid, and I haven't encountered anything I would change.I originally purchased it because I wanted an attachment suited specifically to the exercises I was adding to my workouts. I'm glad I did rather than simply using a similar attachment I already had. The difference in grip and hand position makes it worthwhile for the exercises I'm performing.5/5 stars. I would definitely buy it again.

Great attachment for rowing, but I need to wear gloves. The grips are a little hard on my hands but well-made.

We upgraded to this one from a cheaper one that came with our weight cage. It is just like the ones I used when i lifted hardcore.

I recently bought a pulley system for my workouts and needed this attachment for certain workouts. This is a great accessory. The item arrived well packaged and very quickly. This product is well built and very durable. It attaches nicely to my cable system. It also offers a nice grip for your workouts. It is the correct size and weight as described in the description. I would definitely recommend this product!

U can see the attached photo is not what I ordered as per the product displayed for sale, apart from that product was ok ok, was expecting more sturdy, but this will do. Edges are sharp.
