Yellow Classic 6 Cup Ceramic Teapot

The teapot is wonderful - a rich deep yellow and a pleasing shape. Unfortunately the manufacturer's packaging ia a thin cheap cardboard box that it slightly too small (the spout was poking out one side) and the lid arrived rattling loose with the knob broken off. It should be taped. I'm going to goue it and see if it survives washing and hot tea.

Great teapot… But smaller than I like: about 4 civilized “cups” or two large mugs

I bought this teapot for my girlfriend for valentines day because she really wanted a teapot with a tealight warmer. The old picture in this item description shows it nestled above a nice tea pot warmer. There was also a picture of the tea pot warmer. I ordered this expecting the teapot to arrive with all necessary parts. And as she is opening her gift, she looks up at me and says thats it? And I look and am shocked to see that the tea pot warmer was not included in the packaging. I then had to return this and pay 9 dollars return shipping. So after ordering this teapot for 16 dollars, I have now invested 25 dollars and have nothing to show for it. I have sent them multiple emails with no responses, and they also changed the picture in the item description, so they have obviously addressed the problem but are not willing to keep communication open with their buyers (me). I am very unsatisfied.. exercise caution when buying from this company.

I wanted to get a tea set for my daughters 8 and 4, all the ones that i looked at were so tiny, the paint was not posted as non toxic or safe. Why have a teapot you cant have tea in?? I bought this and the matching cream and sugar set. I paid next to nothing for them and they girls are loving them. my youngest dropped the sugar bowl, I was terrified but lucky for me, it did not break! If a 4 year old cant break it then I think it is safe to say that the items you see from Amsterdam are pretty durable. I am very pleased with the set. I also bought an brightly colored expresso set, and the cups make a perfect addition!!!! I wish I could upload a picture, The girls are really enjoying this set!!!!! Dont waste your money on a kids teapot set that may contain toxic paints. Get the real thing, I actually came out cheaper!!!!

With tea/coffee you want to just sit, enjoy your hot drink with croissant/ scones, butter cookie, butter pound cake briscotti, apple cider..taste/see drink, eat with me!

Although the price was great, I was disappointed in the ceramic finish. Secondly, it is a miracle that it arrived without being broken because the inner box had opened during shipping & the lid was rolling around loose. Hardly any packing materials used to prevent breakage. Whomever packed the shipping box from Amazon clearly didn't care whether it arrived broken or not.

This is a really nice teapot. I thought it was a bit bigger when I ordered it (hence the 4 stars). Have to remember that 6 cups is 6 teacups, not 6 measuring cups, therefore it doesn't hold as much tea as I thought.

The tea pot is cute. Color is great. Came with no tea warmer. Smaller than expected because their cups description is not measuring cups. Only holds around 4.5 cups. This should be clearer in the description.
