This was a chance experiment, and I had no idea, how it might work out? Three years ago I had Open Heart Surgery, and I have been trying, ever since to come back, I am 71 years old, and I have Bone issue's, and other concern's, so my Doctor's, want me to be careful. In any event, this Vest is my Ticket to Recovery!! I can set it up, with any amount of weight I want, or need. And I am in complete control of my workout. So this tool fit's my need's perfectly! So if you are in need of a controlled workout, this is the choice for you. It is a wonderful ticket to freedom, and recovery!

The weighted vest is great fit , easy to adjust weight with removable iron bags . Well assembled.

I've used the one I have a bunch and I'm enjoying it so far. The vest isn't super heavy even when loaded up all the way so its great for beginners but I found a hack that can let you increase the weight for relatively cheap giving you an super easy way to max out your vest's potential... So after using this vest for a long time to boost the weight I looked for small weights to try and add and ended up buying some adjustable ankle/wrist weights. The ones I found on amazon came in different weights as well! I used the velcro from the vest side and matched it up with the ankle weights and BAM! the weight of the expensive vests for less $ with options on how much more weight you want to add. I even added the ankle weights in stages since they come in a two pack. The vest is more than sturdy enough to handle adding a bit extra to it. A great way to add progressive overload after you've built up your core strength and added all the small weights that come with the vest :E

It seems pretty well made and sturdy. Adjustments can be made for the weight, with each pocket holding 1lb. The shoulder straps at the widest point is 16 inches so if you're smaller or a petite woman this is something to consider depending on what you're going to use this for and your preference for wear. The shoulder straps are long enough to accommodate if you're a little taller but once again, something to consider since they're not adjustable. I was a bit disappointed to find the 1lb "weights" are not the usual 1lb bars but are just bags of sand. The material of them are slick so they slide in and out of the pockets easy but still wished they were the bars instead since these bags won't last as long. Personally I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of this. I bought the 20lb-S style, at the time it was 65% off so I took a chance and bought it. Overall it's nice, definitely is going to get a lot of use.

Great product

Usually you want to take weight off your chest, but this one lets you put it on. Well designed and comfortable. The individual one pound weight bags are easy to insert and are retained well without movement. From 1 to 20 lbs in 1 lb increments, this vest gives ample ability to increase weight as needed. Don't let life weigh you down...let this vest do that.

Works great use it every other day for workouts. Worth the price compared to other very expensive brands

It’s a pretty good weight vest for running jogging or anything if want certain exercise to be a challenge like push ups, pull ups or dips and takes up little room great value juts be carefully with the straps may seem a little confusing but overly really nice vest.
