Here is a recipe how to make taste better if you have a blender: -250 ml milk(i prefer full fat for bulk) -1 full scoop of carbonhydrate powder -3 big cubes ice -1 small cookies and creme hershey chocolate -couple of walnuts Enjoy!

I had high hopes for this mass gainer, but unfortunately it didn’t work well for me. After just a couple of servings, I experienced digestive issues including diarrhea and bloating. The formula is very heavy, with a high amount of carbs and sugar, which made it hard to digest and even reduced my appetite. Might be good for hardgainers, but not ideal if you have a sensitive stomach or prefer clean, lean bulking.

Also am Anfang habe ich mich gewundert das da soviel Pulver rein kommt.. Doch es hilft wirklich sehr gut vorallem wenn man zunehm will wie ich habe es regelmäßig genomm und innerhalb von einer woche 2 kilo zu genommen... Doch sind die 2700 kilo schnell weg deswegen werde ich mir die 5000 nehmen denk ich... Der Geschmack ist auch ziemlich gut .... Daumen hoch Klasse Produkt und Klasse Preis....

Boo was happy about it
