Can you lock in place for travel in vertical or horizontal position ?

The design concept for this RV mount is lock the TV/ RV mount MD2210 in position for travel. And please noted that this RV mount can tilt forward or backbard, but not up and down mechanically in vertical direction.

Will it fit tcl 32s327?

We found that the 32S327 has a 100mm x 100mm VESA hole pattern weighing approximately 9.3 lbs. without stand which is clear of overlapping/blocked inputs. And the MD2210 LOCKABLE RV MOUNT fits up to 200mm x 200mm and will hold up to 44 lbs., which requires a 1/2" inch thick wood board. (Item weights about 7 LBS.)
