Does this fully desolve in water, can it go in a bladder?

I have used this in a bladder during cycling competitions. It does fully dissolve in water but I highly recommend that you premix in a separate container and allow it to dissolve prior to pouring in the bladder. I usually allow 20-30 minutes.

Would this be all you need for a full ironman? no need for gels, bars or any other kind of calorie intake?

I have used use Infinit Go Far for a 100K trail race (13 hours), 100 mile MTB race (12 hours), and several other endurance events as my only nutrition. I do sometimes take a caffeinated gel for the caffeine to wake me up (I probably should just get caffeine pills)...
