Gun Holster for Springfield Hellcat 9mm

I bought the Standard version and the fit and finish is great - especially for the price. There are a lot of negative reviews surrounding lack of fit is because the holster is made for the standard Hellcat or Hellcat OSP. This version is NOT made for the Hellcat PRO which is a larger pistol! Dimensions: Hellcat: 6 inches long, 3-inch barrel, 18.3 ounces. Hellcat Pro: 6.6 inches long, 3.7-inch barrel, 21 ounces. Another review talked about the holster accidentally releasing the magazine. I do not find this to be the case. The magazine release is located where it is not touching the holster and not accessible to accidentally touch it during drawing or holstering the firearm. The lockup button functions flawlessly to prevent accidental release of the weapon while keeping purposely drawing the firearm smooth and easy. I have the optics mounted version and there is plenty of clearance for the red dot optic as well as the sights. The paddle is fully adjustable for your cant angle preference and locks in solidly with the included Allen wrench. It has a pair aggressive retention bumps that will prevent the entire holster from falling off of your belt. Overall, this is a well made and well thought-out holster and will make EDC / open carry secure and comfortable.

This holster worked great right out of the box. No adjusting necessary, it fit my hellcat micro perfectly. I like the locking device and it’s easy to draw from the holster. The hip plate is comfortable and the clasp grabs tight on my pants with or without a belt. Highly recommend, much more affordable than a similar holster from the big name companies.

It fit my Hellcat perfectly, I like the button that locks the gun in. I paid over 100 for a IWB holster recently. This holster is more comfortable and works great.

Out of the box this holster leaves a little to be desired but minor quick and easy modifications made it excellent. It fits the Hellcat RDP with factory optic and brake/comp installed. The fit was a little bit loose and rattled when I walked so I put two strips of Gorilla brand duct tape on the inside and the fit is now perfect, I have done this with other paddle release holsters that cost much more so I am not disappointed with that. The second thing I did was I shaved off part of the holster where the trigger guard meets the magwell/grip frame. There is a raised ridge on the holster that got in the way of getting a good grip so a few minutes with an exacto knife and I relief cut that area and now I have no complaints. The cant adjustment seems solid and is easy to use with the provided allen wrench, the paddle release mechanism is good, your finger naturally falls right where it needs to be for a quick and easy release, and it designed in a way that your finger falls flat and straight outside of the trigger guard on the draw. The paddle is contoured well and wide enough to distribute the load well so its comfortable. The last modification I made was to cut off two small "hooks" that were an extra and unnecessary addition to the protrusions that prevent the holster from being pulled off your belt. They made taking the holster off without removing your belt almost impossible which I didn't like. For less than $30 and 5 minutes of "fixing" I am happy with it.

It fits my Hellcat RDP perfectly. It also has an adjustable tensioner to make the gun fit snug or loose. Works like most paddle holsters. You can adjust the cant of the gun. My main reason for this purchase, you can use it with or without a belt, so even in gym attire with sweat pants, you can still carry. It holds on the hip nice and snug and is comfortable even without a belt. The gun snaps into the holster and locks in. To take your gun out just press your finger on the release button as you draw. Great holster and quality made! If you're looking to conceil, I would recommend a different holster as this one sticks out and is for OWB, more of an open carry or conceil with a jacket holster. Highly recommend!

i was skeptical but for the price figure id try it and glad i did, paddle has a silicon pad makes it comfortable and helps it stay in place, has big cleats so this thing is not getting rip out of your pants no matter how hard you try, the holster is thick and feels quality not like the thin cheap stuff that comes with the firearm but its still super light weight, the retention is strong i tried yanking the pistol out as hard as i could and it didn't budge, the release button positions your finger on the slid when you clear the holster not on the trigger guard like some other name brand holster that costs 2 or 3 times the price i wont mention the name(BH), read some reviews that mentioned a slightly loose fit pistol rattles around, that is true but i would have never noticed if i hadn't read the reviews beforehand honestly its almost unnoticeable, there is about 1” gap between body/pistol but that works for me i wear untucked tshirts and i can get a firm grip quickly without my clothing impeding my draw. glad i bought it may get one for some other pistols.

Great holster. Once you put this on, it ain't coming off, it's very secure. Fits the Hellcat perfectly.
