Looks and feels like the original KitchenAid Dough Hook
The Dough Hook replacement for my KitchenAid mixer that I purchased on Amazon from seller Discount Parts Direct looks and feels the same weight as my original Dough Hook. Fits the machine perfectly as it should. It was delivered super fast and appropriately packaged so the enamel coating would not be damaged or metal bent. Making bread pastries possible!!!
Before I bought this, I have only tried making steamed bun dough once and it was such a terrible failure because I didn't know how to knead the dough properly. Because of this, I haven't tried any recipes that called for kneading dough for years. After watching tutorials that mentioned you can use your Kitchenaid stand mixer to do all the kneading for you, I decided to purchase this dough hook. It has been a life changer! The attachment works really well and I have been using it to make milk bread and Chinese pastry dough. It was worth the investment and I highly recommend!
