I love love love this cleanser more than any I’ve tried so far (and I’ve tried many!). The packaging, the way it works and feels, the price, - everything is great! I’ve been using it for a while now. It cleans without drying, feels balmy and leaves skin soft. Every time I have make up on I only cleanse with this. You can actually see the make up come off when rinsing which is not the case with many other cleansers. The fact that it has clean ingredients and a great smell is very comforting as opposed to harsh chemicals and fragrances. Love the price point and hope the company doesn’t change the formulation or the price once the product gets popular as many do.

This has a really lovely texture that melts into my skin and feels amazing. It also removes makeup, but doesn't leave that tight squeaky feeling afterward. My face just feels soft and clean. I've tried different cleansing balms including Heimish, Beauty of Joseon, Clinique, & now this. Scent: light lemon scent which I like it's not too strong. I prefer this scent over the Heimish one (stronger citrus scent). Texture: Melts rather too easily & it's softer than the other brands. I kept it in a cool, dry area within my makeup bag. It somehow migrated, melted, and reformed in the container. This hasn't happened with the other cleansing balms I tried. Effectiveness: This is great at removing everything except for eyelash glue. I still double cleanse in case by using another face wash after. I have sensitive dry skin. My skin felt soft after & it didn't feel stripping or irritating. Price: I got it when it was $17 which would make it comparable to Heimish & Beauty of Joseon, but it depends on where you buy it because Amazon is always changing prices. If this was the cheapest option I'd get it again. Otherwise, I prefer Beauty of Joseon for the consistency, and I personally prefer unscented products.

I have oily, acne-prone skin that can be sensitive, and I was looking for a cruelty-free alternative for the cleansing balm I was using before. I was really surprised about how much I liked this! I use it to take off eye and face makeup along with a makeup wipe. It melts makeup off with ease. It has a nice texture to it that makes my skin look moisturized and glowy without feeling greasy, which is a huge plus for me. I’m almost tempted to use it even without makeup on just because I love how it makes my skin look. There is a slight orange/citrus scent to it, but it’s not overpowering. Definitely give it a try if you’ve been thinking about it. I would definitely repurchase it.

Best make-up remover I’ve found in this decade. Second time purchase. The smell is refreshing, and takes off all the make-up and dirt, leaves my skin soft and smooth after use. Highly recommended.

It’s a really great cleansing balm! It melts into your hands and gets off a full face of makeup like nothing. It also melts away the NYX epic ink eyeliner and waterproof mascara like nothing. I’m very happy that I don’t not need to use excessive amounts of liquid make up remover anymore. It also left my skin soft and maybe hydrated but I do have oily skin so take that with a grain of salt. If you have dry skin you might need to use moisturizer afterwards. Anyway I will be buying again!

A little goes a loooong way! The product emulsifies beautifully and melts into the skin gently removing makeup and sunscreen. It does not strip away moisture and leaves skin feeling absolutely soft and supple. It does have a light citrus fragrance - which I don’t mind at all. Overall, a great product and will definitely be buying it again.

Great product for dry and sensitive skin. It works for combination skin too.

Takes off all makeup, leaves skin clean and soft. I use a facial cleanser after using this. You only need a small amount (about pea size) for a good effect. Has improved my skin tone. Don't use wet hands to apply but will wash off face and hands quickly and easily. This is now part of my beauty routine everyday.

It is a very nice gesture, in this age of non-human interface purchasing The cleansing balm itself is beautiful: it has a really calming citrusy/vanilla smell that just feels refreshing and comforting at the end of the day. And it glides on easily on the face. The spatula was very useful in getting just the right amount of product. I have been using Elemis cleansing balm for quite awhile. This is a refreshing switch up that works well cleaning the face
