Wall Mount Bracket Junction Box

At the end of a long online search I finally came across this simple mount for my Hikvision turret camera (DS-2CE56H0T-IT3ZE).I was just never happy with attaching the camera directly to the wall. I assumed there would be an abundance of this type of mount converting from a wall mount fixing but seemingly not. Anyway I got lucky with this one as its very well made and was exactly what I was looking for. It will definitely outlast the camera which (after the roofers were in) now unfortunately suffers from water ingress and internal condensation - nothing to do with the roofers who just happened to be working on the guttering directly over the camera😒. That's typical of workmen of course one problem fixed and a new one appears. At least I could install the mount myself and this was a half hour job. Very happy to recommend this product a wee bit pricey but worth it.

I needed to mount a Ring Spotlight Cam Pro Wired on a wall with an offset. Note: the Ring Wall Mount is only compatible with their early Ring SpotLight Cam, It is not compatible with the 2025 Ring Wired model. I can attach the the Ring Spotlight Cam Pro Wired baseplate so the camera faces 90 degrees from the wall. I can adjust the camera to perfectly align with the area I wish to cover, a side gate at a height of about 9 feet. The unit is robust and strong. However the wall mount screws and anchors are inadequate in my opinion so I have replaced them with more longer, thicker screws and more substantial wall plug/anchors more suitable for a brick wall. There are cutouts to feed the mains cable through the unit in order to provide a connection into the camera base plate - the cable entry grommet is accessible for my configuration. I have also attached adhesive bird spikes on top to prevent birds sitting and pooping on the installation. I am very happy to have found a good solution as I have similar mounting challenges elsewhere for which Ring does not offer an out of the box solution.

There are lots of junction boxes on the market. This one stands out at is is truly "universal" with plenty of fixing points. I used it to hold my Foscam dome camera. The box is very very solid sturdy metal and comes with a bag of fixings both to attach the camera and attach the box to a wall. It also has plenty of space inside to hold excess wiring and well sized holes ate the rear to lead out cables. It even comes with a drill hole template to help with fixing. If someone attacked the installation it would definitely be the camera that would come off worst. After using this I ordered a second one for my other dome camera. Excellent. Totally recommended.

My package was missing the 3 screws that holds the mounting plate in position but all other screws were in the package, not worth returning as i can get the screws from work. The bracket is robust & seems well made, I have not fitted it yet but no reason to expect it not to be OK.

These are great quality solid metal sleek designs. Perfect for Hikvision cameras and a range of others. Highly recommended

Really strong good value

Great dome camera mounting bracket - gives a "serious" and professional look to my camera installations. Connectors all fit neatly inside the top cover and the camera bolts underneath giving it some protection from the rail.

Does not fit a ubiquiti unifi ai 360 camera. Will have to drill it mount it run the cable and seal it with silicone. That might work.

It’s made of metal!! I did not expect. Super sturdy.

I like the sturdiness of the mount. It is made of metal and not plastic and painted well give it longevity out in the weather. I like the idea of being universal for mounting the different types of cameras. I also like they give you a mounting template which makes it easier to be able to install the mount. What I am concerned about after mounting my camera is since the mount is universal it leaves open holes or slots that water or insects can get in make it their home. This is why I only give it a 2 for weatherproof. What one should think of if they use this mount is use some silicon rubber to close up all the open slots or holes to keep weather and insects out. I like they give you the hardware, screws, flat washers, and nuts but it would be nice if they give you lock washers to help in preventing the hardware from coming loose over time.

Goede kwaliteit, compleet van metaal en veel mogelijkheden om de camera te bevestigen. Alleen jammer dat het in de kleur wit verkrijgbaar is, had graag in zwart gewild maar nu opgelost door het zelf in de kleur zwart te spuiten.
