Toner is not the same thing as ink, and it cannot dry out. It is actually a finely powdered wax. Laser printers generate a static electricity charge on the paper that causes toner to stick to it. They then run the paper through a hot roller called the fuser that melts it permanently into the paper. As for the lifespan of the cartridge, you must refer to the advertised page yield. The TN-760 is rated for 3,000 pages, which is an approximated average you can expect. If you keep your printer and its cartridges in a cool air conditioned environment and never allow them to be exposed to high temperatures or humidity, then it should last many years. Temperatures over 100 degrees in particular can drastically reduce the life of the toner because it is made of wax.

how so I activate Amazon Dash?

I remember from playing Super Mario Bros, you hold the B button to dash. I never had a Sega though, so I'm not sure what the button combo to make Sonic do his super spinny dash thing. A lot of games nowadays though just use R2.

No, this toner will not work with the MFC-L2700DW printer. This printer uses the TN630 or TN660 toner.

What is this chip about?

1.
