Simple, but effective!!!
My first day (1-week CD), I was laughing because the exercises were very simple. But, next day I felt my body pained. Now, I am motivated.

Great workout with no equipment
I am 40 years old ... bought this at Walmart for $20, started August 4th 2015 , every morning before breakfast Great workout...but hard on knees so I don't do jumping and land softly. Eating healthy, drinking water with Whey, Arginine for Nitric Oxide synthesis, L-Citrulline, Creatine. Almost half way there will update when I reach the end.

Awesome Product
I got this set at Walmart for $6.xx! Best 6 bucks ever. I am starting week 3 and definetly see changes! This take me out of plateau. Highly recommended!
