Easy to replace.
Very easy to install replacement. Carefully remove the decorative cover by starting to pry out from one end and work you way across. One clip at each end with two pins in the middle. Cupholder assembly held in place by two phillips head screws. pull out and put new cupholder in place. use the two screws to hold new on in place and then re-install decorative cover. Done in less than 10 minutes.
