Everything you need, nothing you don't.
It's bright, magnetic, and has only 1 brightness level instead of 5 useless settings to cycle through when turning it on and off. That means you only have to press the button once to turn it on or off. I would prefer the button on tilt towards the back instead of the front, but not enough to remove a star.
