Does this have a street end on it or female hub end?

This will either fit over a 3" PVC pipe (which was the way I installed it) and will fit inside for a 4" PVC pipe (I verified with dry fit only before installing). So you can think of it as a 3" Female connection or a 4" Male connection.

What is the actual width meaurement of the pipe? I need something to fit inside a 4" pipe.

I believe i had fit it into 3" pvc pipe then used a 3"-4" adater to connect to 4" drain pipe. I had full access underneath from the basement.

What is the extreme height from the flange face to the end of the 3" connection? Thx

If I measured it at the time, I have forgotten but it was roughly 3 inches from top to bottom. The product description says: 7 x 7 x 3.2 inches so I guess 3.2 inches is the number you're looking for. I had to use an angle grinder to trim the drain pipe and a chisel to cut away enough concrete to position the replacement flange level with the floor. The drain is in a basement floor so I had to insert the cutting grinding wheel into the drain and work around gradually. I had to repeat this several times to remove enough pipe, which was otherwise surrounded with concrete. The chiseling was necessary because part of the underside of the flange is obviously off-set from the main 3" drain hole. This underside lip has to fit snugly into the flooring to let the flange sit level.

Does this flange use a standard wax ring?

Yes, the flange is typical other than the offset.
