I ordered 15 days ago and it has still not shipped. Does it always take this long?

I noticed some say edp and this one says extrait de parfum is the oil concentration better in this ?

Extrait is considered to be a stronger concentration of oils than Eau de Parfume. Having said that, the bottle and price look exactly the same as the EDP here. I purchased the EDP and it is quite strong. This is a clone of the YSL EDP, but not the new YSL that just recently came out. This is a very fine, and very strong EDP, so no need to worry about strength. One thing to mention, YSL lists Apple as a priminent note and this does not, however there is a strong apple note here which I wish was toned down. For my personal taste, the apple is too strong of a note, so I am gifting the bottle away. The new YSL EDP removed the strong apple note, but it is also $164.00 which is a little pricy even for a good designer fragrance.
