I use it on my feet every day, and would say yes to using on arms & legs every day. Very mild.

Would this be recommended to use for exfoliation before the nu skin self tanner gel?

It’s great to exfoliate but I have never used a self tanner gel so I couldn’t really answer in relation to that.
