Great gadget
This is a great gadget to remind you to sit or stand up straight. Very simple to use. You get a vibration when you slouch which you can set from a tiny vibration to a fairly big one. You can also adjust settings for how much you slouch and how long for. One sticker lasts for weeks on me. I do have the necklace too which is better, but I only use it if I am wearing something where it doesn't show.

Love it
Love it, the app is pretty good. Can adjust vibration patterns and how strong. Can calibrate the legal I can start with. Iโm pretty amazed so far. The case seem a bit loose and shabby but not bad for holding the device while charging or when I donโt use it

Incomprehensible!
The device works fine, but you canโt order the replacement adhesive pads in the uk. No one seems to stock them, and buying and importing from the USA makes them very expensive. I find this incomprehensible, likely a scam, and means I donโt use it.

Surpassed Expectations
I have only used it for a week but really impressed with quality, function and how quickly it is helping me improve my posture, whether standing, walking or sitting at computer. The App needs further development and made compatible with Apple Watch for added benefit but I am sure this will improve and be released later, really please and a great product.

CAREFUL before you buy
I loved this device and have been using it a couple of years. BUT you seem to only be able to get replacement adhesives in the US and then have a $6 shipping charge. So 10 pads costing about $16. Thatโs not good value. High running costs.

Works whilst wearing but no lasting results even after 2 years
This is my second one. I bought the first one at ยฃ69.99 and I used to use it whenever I was sitting at my desk. Then two years later they stopped making it compatible with the app, which then made it not usable. I thought I wouldnโt need it after two years but I still do. It works to tell you when youโre slouching if youโre wearing it, but even after a couple of years, no last results when youโre not, no changes to my posture etc. However, I begrudgingly bought the upgrade anyway as I do appreciate having a vibrating reminder whilst sitting at my desk to tell me Iโm slouching.

Like device, great addition for posture retraining
Device works well, I lIke the tracking aspect of it. As for maintaining the device it I easy to use, when cleaning 5he sticker it can be used more than once and yes the scraping tool is used to get the sticker of the device not your skin as another review mentioned. It is stated in the manual how to use it. I used it during snow shoeing, it stayed on. Great additional tool for retraining ones posture. I also use a back pod and physio.

It does work. Some tips of what I found useful.
This review should help you. I was skeptical too. The device DOES work and it will help you adjust your posture, train your back and also strengthen your core muscles. The app gives you many settings so you can select your vibration, its strength, length, etc. The one problem are these adhesives. And yes, they do only last 3 days (one adhesive). I solved that. Once the adhesive loses its grip, I added some double-side tape on it and it worked perfectly - for many more days. Once that was also used up, you add another strip of double-side tape. And it will go for months. I found it works best if the tape is put on top of the used up adhesive, not straight on the device. Overall, I do advise this product, it actually does help.

Amazing. My neck, shoulder, and back pain was significantly reduced after two days.
About 15 months ago, I came out of an 8-hour-long surgery with significant pain. An old injury, plus decades of stress, non-treatment via telemedicine, and medical arrogance by so-called "professionals" put me on a path where I just had to live with the pain. We chased the problem, going from one specialist to another for over a year. When we finally made it to physical therapy I had the fortune of getting a P/T who wasn't just a credentialed idiot. He pegged my posture as a contributing factor that was aggravating the damage to my neck and back. Since I felt significantly better after the P/T because we were working on my posture doing the exercises, I decided to look into something to help with posture. I didn't think braces and straighteners would work because those pull down on the shoulder and my shoulder muscles are already too strong. They would pull up agains the pressure, making them stronger, the opposite of what I was doing in P/T, which was dropping the shoulders when they pulled up. So I decided to try the Upright GO because if it didn't work, I could always send it back. As someone who spends significant time in front of a computer, I had already tried all sorts of ergonomic solutions, including an expensive chair and a standing desk. While these helped, I was still limiting my time in front of the computer to 20 minutes and lots of breaks. This significantly impacted my ability to work and get things done and I fell woefully behind. I also noticed that when stress increased no amount of stretching, P/T, gadgets, or standing instead of sitting helped. My back and neck would not only clench, but spasm. My migraines were so frequent that there were weeks where I could not get anything done. The first day of wearing this was very interesting. The device kept going off again and again. I had no idea, no awareness, of how much I was slouching, pulling forward, and tensing up. I could not feel what I was doing. It's like my body had a mind of its own and I was not in control of it. I almost gave up on using the device because the interruptions were not letting me concentrate, but --and this is the important part-- my pain was significantly reduced. The space between my shoulder blades was very sore, but my neck and back weren't contorting themselves into spasms that made me see stars. I wore the Upright GO 96 minutes the first day (more than the recommended 60 minutes) but I could see that it was already making a difference. Up until we had to travel and experience the joys of hotel beds, convention chairs, and airline "service" I was doing significantly better. I had a bit of a setback because of the travel, but I shudder to think at how much worse it would have been without it. Because when you're tired and can't rest, it gets harder and harder to maintain correct posture. This poor little thing was buzzing its little heart out the entire time. Nevertheless, I wore it most of the day. It was pricier than some of the other solutions out there, but I would buy it again. Why? Because it doesn't rely on downward pressure which I would have inadvertently fought all day, making my problem worse. Today, about a week and a half after I started wearing it, I adjusted the upright ranged from 5 to 4 (a stricter range). I like the iOS app and it's interface. It lets me set things up and turn the device on or off. It lets me recalibrate if it's too strict when I get tired so that I don't go back to slouching all the time even if I can't quite keep sitting/standing as straight as I should. My P/T is thinking of doing a case study because he says he's never seen anything like it. Yay. Go me!
