lock never opens easily
lock doesn't open easily we have to make multiple tries then only the door opens. it is so unsafe safe to have especially in emergencies

This safe is well built and easy to use. I like that the battery compartment is on the outside. Has a lockable tray inside for holding documents or other small items -- which you can change the position of or remove altogether! Waterproof/air proof (as long as you don't drill into it to mount it), fire resistant. Has a light inside as well. Great safe!

Have used this for best part of a year without fault. It did show up with some minor damage from shipping. Other than that. Recommend

Just knowing I can use the key to override the combination gives me peace of mind. I read about ways to bypass some locks with magnets, so having a key as backup is helpful. The safe arrived well-packaged, with no dents or scratches, which was a relief. Though quite heavy to move into place, the sturdy build and simple operation make it a reliable choice for keeping valuables safe at home or even during travel.

Very poor built quality, most of the external locking mechanism is made of plastic and poor plastic as well the internal locking blades from one side only and the internal material is very poor plastic as well
