A bit better than I expected.
Pleasantly surprised at how well these are working. I got a large U-shaped work area, and bought two sets of these to go completely around the sides. I did NOT use adhesive; I have had such terrible luck with adhesive that I don't even try it for pretty much anything anymore; these are screwed into the bottom of my solid wood desk. If I want to remove them, I will not be stuck with residual glue, just some holes that no one will see because they're on the bottom - so that's the direction I went for installation. Of course, that made installation a bit more difficult. I used an electric drill, the appropriate sized bit, and a stop on the bit to that I didn't drill too deep. Held up each holder to the desk bottom, marked the holes, drilled, installed, repeat. The channels hold a decent amount of cables, which can "sneak" in or out virtually anywhere along the path. Most areas I did not need a lot of cable storage, but along the "main" side of my desk it's holding two power cables, two heavy duty HDMI cables, and some lightweight USB cables, and it all fits. The covers snap on easily, and slide off if you need to make adjustments. The tabs between the holes along the the channel are not too sturdy on their own; easy to bend one in or out to get your cable through; need to bend it back... I haven't had any issues with it, though, and actually makes it easier to finagle larger cables into place. I'm ultimately pretty happy with how neat my cabling has ended up. My office is pretty open, and the desks are just tops, no built in drawers or anything, and you don't see a bunch of cables hanging down, it's all nice and tidy, now, even if it was a bit of work to get there.

Great cable management system
Really helped clean up the backside of my desk. Absolutely perfect, easy to use and easy to install cable management system. Wish it was $5.00 cheaper, but for $20 it's a good value. A few more Velcro cable ties would be nice. Seems very sturdy, had to get some very thick power cords in there and the "tabs" didn't even show any sign of fatigue (usually you would see plastic discolor under stress). Great concept and design. Super easy to cut and customize the length, so very flexible in terms of installation. Can hold multiple thick cables such as multi display ports and power cords. So good amount of space. Would buy again.

Simple yet effective
For the price, this is an excellent buy. It hides cables and wires very well. It will not support any kind of power supply or surge protector as it is not big enough, but for hiding cables and wires, it does an excellent job. The sleek design blends in well with my desk and set up. My desk has a wood top, so the raceway screw right into the desktop and holds securely. I gave it only 4 stars because the tabs in between the slots are fragile. They bend easily and I can see them breaking off. Other than that, you cannot go wrong for the price. You get a lot of tracks; definitely enough to hide all your cables and/or wires.

This cable raceway kit is an Ideal Way to route and protect cables on model railways and many other electrical platforms around the home, office or factory. Easy to use, flexible, adaptable, easy to cut, has strong two sided adhesive included in the package, comes with capable ties and screws and plate covers to match the raceway. I further delve into madness only to be pulled back out...
I write this entry fully aware that most of you will laugh. You should laugh, for the situation is ridiculous. Others, though, will understand the madness of which I speak. They will know the pain of cables showing. Showing behind the TV stand, behind the computer, coming from any of the thousands of electronics in the house. My wife laughs at me... in public. "Oh, yeah! Cory is crazy when it comes to cable management!" In private she spurs me on, telling me it can be done! Perfect cable management can be achieved! I'm not angry, she has dealt with the mocking from her friends and family most of her life and she began to hide her obsession. I will gladly take the attention from her for I do not care about their opinions. Cable management can be easy if you have the money; just buy cables that are long enough to route where ever you need to keep them out of sight. I have done this to an extent, but this becomes very expensive very quickly. It also means that I have dozens of unused cables just sitting in a box, for they come with everything! "Why not just throw the free ones away?" I hear you asking. This will not do, not do at all, for there will come a time when those free cables are the exact length that I require. I bought this to help wrangle the mess that is my entertainment center. I am a gamer and have consoles dating all the way back to the NES and they are all out and connected. Cables, cables everywhere! Now as I mentioned, some of you know what I mean. Every console has their own cables; some are common and interchangeable such as HDMI, others are proprietary and only work with a particular console. Now I'm sure some of you are thinking, "Why don't you just store them when they are not in use and hook them up when they are?" I reply by saying that you just do not understand and you never will. I ran this cable channel down the middle of my entertainment center to shorten the runs to each device and power strip. It has saved me immensely for now many of the free cables of which I formerly spoke are now of sufficient length! Seeing this behind my entertainment center (for there is no backing between the top two shelves) is much preferred to the litany of cables that running this way and that prior to its installation. My madness lessens, as I am indeed starting to see that perfect cable management is within my grasp! My mind and spirit is lifted! This cable raceway kit along with the plethora of other cable management products I have purchased have indeed helped me! Oh, what a day this is! Soon I will take my learned skills to the rest of the house... 3 out of five stars, wouldn't change a thing! Yip, yip yaw!

Would recommend
Definitely recommend this for cable management! Keeps everything neat and tidy. I got the white since it matches my desk color. It’s very easy to install as it has the double sided tape that it comes with. Just wish it would've been a bit wider but it’s all good.

3-Star Raceway At Best
I recently purchased this cable raceway kit to clean up the wiring mess under my PC gaming setup, and while it gets the job done, it comes with some notable drawbacks. Here’s my honest review after using it with my 55-inch Ikea Lagkapten desk. First, the product feels a bit cheaply made and flimsy. The plastic is thin and lacks the sturdiness I was hoping for. That said, once installed, it does hold the wires securely in place. It’s not the most confidence-inspiring build, but it works well enough to organize and declutter the chaotic tangle of cords I had before. One thing to note is that the adhesive backing doesn’t come pre-installed on the raceways. You’ll need to manually stick the adhesive strips to the back of each piece before mounting them, which was a bit of an inconvenience. The adhesive itself seems strong enough for now, but I’d recommend pressing firmly and waiting a few minutes before loading it with cables just to ensure it stays put. Another important detail: these raceways are on the smaller side. If your desk is bigger or you have more equipment, plan on buying extra. Also there are no instruction booklets so you’ll have to figure it out on your own. Despite the drawbacks, the raceway kit did what I needed—it cleaned up my setup and gave everything a much more polished, organized look. The end result is definitely worth the effort, even if the product feels a little underwhelming in terms of quality. Overall, it’s a budget-friendly solution that delivers functionality over form. If you’re okay with some minor setup hassles and don’t mind the somewhat flimsy build, this raceway kit will do the job. Final tip: double-check your cable load and desk size before ordering so you don’t come up short.
