How many espresso brews I can do with each pod? Only one?

Yes. These are for the Nespresso machine or comperable generic machine. It's no different than a Keurig except it makes espresso! 1 pod, 1 cup.

It's unfortunate that "caramel" is suggested as a flavor. There are no added flavorings. "Caramel" is used to describe certain flavor notes that you see in coffees and wines. Descriptions such as "chocolately" or "nutty" or "fruity". Personally, my sense of taste is not so trained or refined to come up with descriptions that include such nuanced references. Having said that, I think this is terrific coffee. It has gusto without being overly challenging or aggressive.

Does this coffee comes with sugar from the roasting process?
